TERMS OF SERVICE

Effective Date: January 3, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of TheRoseChannel.com, including its website, subscription services, digital content, products, account-management features, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).

The Service is operated by Anarchy.Media (“Anarchy.Media,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing the Service, creating an account, purchasing a subscription or other offer, or clicking a button indicating your acceptance, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not access or use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, to create an account or make a purchase.

2. The Service

TheRoseChannel.com provides access to certain writings, recordings, videos, courses, presentations, commentary, and other works associated with Larken Rose, along with other content, products, and offers.

Some content is available through a recurring monthly subscription. Other content or products may be offered through separate one-time purchases.

The specific content, features, access period, price, and other conditions applicable to a subscription or one-time purchase will be described on the applicable sales page or checkout page. Those offer-specific terms are incorporated into these Terms.

3. Accounts

You may be required to create an account to access purchased content.

You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete account information;

Keep your login credentials confidential;

Promptly update information that becomes inaccurate;

Accept responsibility for activity occurring through your account; and

Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

Unless a particular offer expressly states otherwise, your account and access rights are personal, limited, noncommercial, nonexclusive, nontransferable, and may not be shared with another person.

You may not sell, assign, transfer, sublicense, or provide another person with access to your account.

4. Monthly Subscriptions and Automatic Renewal

When you purchase a monthly subscription, you authorize Anarchy.Media and its payment processors to charge the payment method you provide for the initial subscription period and for each subsequent monthly renewal period.

YOUR SUBSCRIPTION WILL AUTOMATICALLY RENEW EACH MONTH UNTIL YOU CANCEL IT.

The subscription price, billing frequency, applicable taxes, and material terms will be disclosed before you complete your purchase.

By purchasing a subscription, you expressly authorize recurring monthly charges to your selected payment method without further approval from you, except where additional authorization is required by law.

Your renewal date will generally correspond to the date on which you originally subscribed, subject to payment-processing timing and calendar variations.

5. Canceling a Subscription

You may cancel your subscription through the account-management page at:

https://therosechannel.com/manageaccount

You may also request assistance by emailing:

[email protected]

You should cancel before your next scheduled renewal charge. Unless otherwise required by law, cancellation takes effect at the end of the subscription period for which you have already paid. You will ordinarily retain access through the end of that paid period, after which your subscription access will end.

Canceling a subscription stops future renewal charges. Cancellation does not reverse or refund charges that have already been completed.

Deleting the application, leaving the website, failing to use the Service, or removing content from your device does not cancel a subscription.

If you cannot access or manage your account, contact [email protected] for assistance.

6. One-Time Purchases

The Service may offer individual digital products, courses, recordings, downloads, special presentations, bundles, event access, or other products for a one-time payment.

A one-time purchase does not include a recurring subscription unless the offer and checkout page expressly state otherwise.

A one-time purchase grants only the access or license described on the applicable offer page. Purchasing content does not transfer ownership of any copyright, trademark, recording, publication, or other intellectual-property right.

Any stated access period, download limitation, delivery method, expiration date, or technical requirement forms part of the purchase terms.

7. Prices and Payment

Prices are displayed at checkout and may be changed for future purchases or future subscription periods.

Payments may be processed by third-party payment processors. Your use of their services may be subject to their separate terms and privacy policies.

You represent that:

You are authorized to use the payment method submitted;

The billing information you provide is accurate;

You authorize us and our processors to charge all amounts associated with your purchase; and

You will keep your payment information current.

If a payment is declined, reversed, disputed, expired, or otherwise unsuccessful, we may retry the payment, suspend access, or terminate the applicable subscription or purchase access.

8. Price Changes

We may change subscription prices from time to time.

A price change will apply only to a future billing period. When required, we will provide advance notice before charging the new price.

Continuing your subscription after the new price takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated price. You may cancel before the new price is charged.

9. Final Sales and No-Refund Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Except where otherwise required by applicable law or expressly stated in a written offer:

Subscription charges are non-refundable;

Renewal charges are non-refundable;

Partial subscription periods are non-refundable;

Unused subscription time is non-refundable;

One-time purchases are non-refundable;

Digital products and downloads are non-refundable;

We do not provide prorated refunds or account credits; and

Failure to use or access purchased content does not create a right to a refund.

You are responsible for canceling a subscription before its next renewal charge.

Before completing a purchase, review the product description, subscription terms, billing frequency, device requirements, and other details carefully.

Nothing in this section limits any refund, cancellation, or consumer right that cannot legally be waived.

For billing or technical assistance, contact [email protected].

10. Content Availability and Changes

Subscription access applies to the content and features made available under the applicable subscription at a given time.

We may add, remove, replace, update, reorganize, or discontinue content or features. A subscription does not guarantee that any particular work, recording, course, speaker, feature, or item will remain available indefinitely. We may also modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Service when reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, legal compliance, licensing, business operations, or other legitimate purposes. Where reasonably practical, we may provide notice of a material discontinuation, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or permanent availability of any particular item.

11. Limited License

Subject to these Terms and your payment of all applicable charges, we grant you a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable, and nonsublicensable license to access and use purchased content for your own personal, noncommercial purposes.

You may access, stream, view, read, or download content only through methods expressly enabled by the Service.

No rights are granted except those expressly stated in these Terms or on the applicable offer page.

12. Intellectual Property

The Service and its contents—including writings, videos, audio recordings, graphics, artwork, photographs, courses, presentations, compilations, website design, software, logos, trademarks, and other materials—are owned by Larken Rose, Anarchy.Media, or their respective licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws.

Except where we expressly authorize it in writing, you may not:

Copy, reproduce, republish, upload, or distribute content;

Publicly display, perform, broadcast, or retransmit content;

Record or capture streams, presentations, or restricted content;

Sell, rent, sublicense, or commercially exploit content;

Share downloads or account credentials;

Remove copyright, trademark, watermark, attribution, or ownership notices;

Create derivative products from protected content;

Use content to train, develop, or improve an artificial-intelligence or machine-learning system;

Circumvent access controls, digital-rights controls, or security features; or

Make content available through file-sharing, social-media, messaging, torrent, cloud-storage, or similar services.

Limited quotation or use permitted by applicable law is not prohibited, but no provision of these Terms expands any legal exception beyond its lawful scope.

13. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Violate any law or regulation;

Infringe another person’s rights;

Access another user’s account without authorization;

Disrupt or interfere with the Service;

Introduce malware, harmful code, automated attacks, or security threats;

Scrape, crawl, index, harvest, or extract content through automated means without written permission;

Reverse engineer or attempt to discover source code;

Bypass geographic, payment, security, or access restrictions;

Misrepresent your identity or relationship with another person;

Commit fraud or submit unauthorized payment information; or

Assist another person in prohibited conduct.

We may investigate suspected violations and take reasonable protective action.

14. Educational and Informational Content

Content made available through the Service expresses the views, research, analysis, opinions, and creative work of its respective authors or presenters.

The content is provided for general educational, informational, philosophical, political, and entertainment purposes. It is not individualized legal, tax, investment, financial, medical, mental-health, or other licensed professional advice.

You remain responsible for evaluating information and deciding whether and how to act on it. You should consult an appropriately qualified professional when professional advice is required.

We do not guarantee any particular personal, legal, political, financial, educational, or other result from accessing or applying the content.

15. Third-Party Services and Links

The Service may contain links to third-party websites, payment services, platforms, products, or resources.

We do not control and are not responsible for third-party services, their availability, their content, their security, or their privacy practices. Your dealings with third parties are governed by the terms and policies provided by those third parties.

The presence of a link does not necessarily constitute an endorsement.

16. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your account or access if we reasonably believe that:

You violated these Terms;

You shared or resold protected content;

Your payment failed or was reversed;

Your use creates a security or legal risk;

Your conduct may harm the Service or another person;

We are required to do so by law; or

Continuing to provide access is no longer commercially or technically practical.

Anarchy.Media may suspend or terminate a user’s account and access to the Service if the user engages in abusive, threatening, harassing, defamatory, discriminatory, excessively disruptive, fraudulent, or otherwise inappropriate conduct toward Anarchy.Media, its personnel, contractors, contributors, other users, or members of the public in connection with the Service.

Anarchy.Media may also take such action when a user’s conduct materially interferes with the operation of the Service, creates a safety or security risk, damages the reputation or legitimate interests of Anarchy.Media or its contributors, or makes the continuation of the business relationship unreasonable.

Any determination under this section will be made in Anarchy.Media’s reasonable discretion. Unless otherwise required by applicable law, termination for cause will not entitle the user to a refund or credit.

Where appropriate, we may provide notice and an opportunity to correct the issue. We are not required to provide advance notice when immediate action is reasonably necessary to prevent fraud, infringement, security threats, unlawful activity, or harm.

Termination for violating these Terms does not entitle you to a refund.

You may stop using the Service at any time. Stopping use does not automatically cancel an active subscription; you must cancel through the account-management page or contact support.

17. Privacy

By using the Service, you acknowledge that information may be processed by Anarchy.Media and by service providers involved in website hosting, analytics, communications, account administration, payment processing, fraud prevention, and content delivery.

18. Electronic Communications

By using the Service or providing an email address, you consent to receive transactional electronic communications relating to your account, purchases, payments, renewals, security, support requests, and changes to the Service or these Terms.

Marketing communications, where offered, will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the choices provided in those communications.

You agree that electronic notices satisfy any legal requirement that a communication be provided in writing, to the extent permitted by law.

19. Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE AND ALL CONTENT, PRODUCTS, AND FEATURES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”

ANARCHY.MEDIA AND ITS OWNERS, AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, CONTRIBUTORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, AND REPRESENTATIVES DISCLAIM ALL EXPRESS AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AVAILABILITY, SECURITY, AND QUIET ENJOYMENT.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

THE SERVICE WILL ALWAYS BE AVAILABLE OR ERROR-FREE;

CONTENT WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS;

DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED IMMEDIATELY;

THE SERVICE WILL BE FREE FROM HARMFUL COMPONENTS;

ANY PARTICULAR CONTENT WILL REMAIN AVAILABLE; OR

INFORMATION PROVIDED THROUGH THE SERVICE WILL BE COMPLETE OR SUITABLE FOR A PARTICULAR DECISION.

Some jurisdictions do not permit certain warranty exclusions. In those jurisdictions, these exclusions apply only to the extent permitted by law.

20. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ANARCHY.MEDIA AND ITS OWNERS, AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, CONTRIBUTORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND REPRESENTATIVES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, OR CONTENT, ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS.

21. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Anarchy.Media and its owners, affiliates, licensors, contributors, service providers, employees, contractors, and representatives from claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, losses, and reasonable costs arising from:

Your violation of these Terms;

Your unlawful or unauthorized use of the Service;

Your infringement of another person’s rights;

Content or materials you submit to the Service; or

Your fraud, willful misconduct, or misuse of purchased content.

We may assume control of the defense of a covered matter, and you agree to provide reasonable cooperation.

22. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute arising from or relating to them or the Service are governed by the laws of the State of Texas and applicable federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any lawsuit that is not subject to a legally required alternative forum must be brought in a state or federal court of competent jurisdiction located in Texas. You and Anarchy.Media consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

This section does not deprive you of any non-waivable consumer protection provided by the law of the jurisdiction in which you reside.

23. Informal Dispute Resolution

Before filing a lawsuit, you agree to send a written description of the dispute to [email protected] and allow at least 30 days for the parties to attempt to resolve it informally.

The notice should include:

Your name and account email;

A description of the issue;

The relevant transaction or billing date;

The resolution you are requesting; and

Any supporting information reasonably necessary to evaluate the matter.

This requirement does not prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief or taking action before a legal deadline expires.

24. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

The updated Terms will be posted on TheRoseChannel.com with a revised effective date. When required by law, we will provide additional notice or request renewed consent.

Changes will apply prospectively. Your continued use of the Service after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of those Terms, except where affirmative consent is legally required.

A material change to subscription billing will not authorize a charge that applicable law requires us to disclose or obtain consent for separately.

25. Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent.

We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, transfer of the Service, or similar transaction, subject to applicable law.

26. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for a delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters, utility failures, internet outages, cyberattacks, labor disputes, government actions, public emergencies, failures of hosting or payment providers, or interruption of third-party infrastructure.

27. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

28. No Waiver

A failure to enforce a provision of these Terms does not waive the right to enforce it later.

A waiver is effective only if it is in writing and authorized by Anarchy.Media.

29. Entire Agreement

These Terms, the Privacy Policy, the applicable checkout disclosures, and any offer-specific written terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Anarchy.Media concerning the Service.

If an offer-specific term directly conflicts with these Terms, the offer-specific term controls only with respect to that offer.
